At 1st Shinfield Scout group we aim to provide a full range of interesting and exciting activities for all of our young people.

To support these activities we hold a number of annual fundraising events including stalls at the May Day event on School Green in Shinfield and the Spencers Wood Carnival at the recreation ground in Spencers Wood.

However, we are always looking for new ideas and support for different events. If you have any great ideas, a spare hour or two we would welcome your support. Please talk to your group leaders for details.

At the moment we are looking for local businesses to sponsor us at various events and for activities undertaken by our Scouts. If you have any contacts with local businesses and think that you can help – please talk to your group leader. See contacts.
